Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and sent via Australia Post which enables tracking.

Shipping within Australia:

- All orders over $200 AUD delivered within Australia are shipped free.

- All orders under $200 AUD delivered within Australia are shipped for $10 AUD

- All express post orders delivered within Australia are shipped for $15 AUD

International Shipping:

Sim & Mack currently ships to New Zealand, Singapore, the USA and Canada.

Please note that Sim & Mack does not collect any international sales tax/GST/HST or customs duties. If any international sales tax/GST/HST or customs duty is levied on Sim & Mack purchases, it is the customer's responsibility to pay.

- All orders over $200 AUD delivered outside Australia are shipped free.

- All orders under $200 AUD delivered to New Zealand and Singapore are shipped for $20 AUD

- All orders under $200 AUD delivered to the USA and Canada are shipped for $30 AUD

Arrival Times:

- Purchases delivered within Australia should arrive within 3 - 7 business days

- Purchases delivered outside Australia should arrive within 10 - 15 business days
