Refund policy

Sim & Mack have a 30-day return policy, which means all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We recognise that sometimes the size, style or fit just might not be right for you and we want you to be happy with every Sim & Mack investment. (The only exception applies to items marked for FINAL CLEARANCE which cannot be returned).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To commence the return process, please email info@simandmack.com to explain how you meet the eligibility for a return. Once your request for a return is deemed eligible, you will be provided a return authorisation number and a return address.

Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue as soon as possible and make it right for you.

Refunds and Exchanges
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Should there be any sign of use, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Bear in mind that we are a small business and cannot wear stock losses like some of our major competitors may be able to.

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method which in some cases can take up to 30 days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are approved for an exchange, you will have to provide details of your new purchase to info@simandmack.com and a subsequent transaction will be initiated to reflect any different in price, plus shipping costs where relevant.
