Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Are all Sim & Mack's products made in Australia?

Yes, Sim & Mack's garments are all proudly manufactured in Australia by our ECA compliant manufacturing partners based in both Adelaide and Melbourne.

2. Where does Sim & Mack source its fabric?

Fabric for Sim & Mack garments is sourced through our supplier and manufacturing partners based in Melbourne, Australia. We only use natural fibres for the body of our clothing, more than 95% of the garment, and in some garments employ a fraction of elastane/polyester in ribbing to ensure durability.

While access to certain fabrics, including that containing 100% certified Australian cotton, can be difficult for small businesses like ours to access due to high minimum order quantities, we have included this in our range where possible. We are also looking to add genuine organic cotton to our range but again, once we can reach the minimum order quantities to access commercial rates available to corporate fashion houses.

3. Who owns Sim & Mack?

Sim & Mack is a proud family owned business. Founder Andrew McKenna is a 5th generation Australian married to Simran, a 3rd generation Singaporean. We also have two little boys.
